There is also a list of expectation that the writer assumes of a fellow hobbiest: registered on a verification service, having a cell phone for making final confirmation calls, and placing the donation promptly without asking. I agree completely here. Just because a lady offers the item on the menu doesen't mean she has to provide it if the client has hygiene or attitude issues. By being attentive to our hygiene we make it easier for the ladies to offer these services, if we were to let that lapse then more and more ladies would simply drop these items off the menu to avoid the hassles.
