dreamer8 510 Report post Posted July 26, 2007 A long time member has asked me very politely if I wouldn't mind taking off my avatar of the guy with two hot girls down because when he surfs this site at work or home my avatar can attract unwanted attention from others near by. Seems the issue is the gentleman's indelicate use of his employers resourses and the poor sightlines i.e furnitue layout, in his "personal" space. All though i do agree he's got a lot of nerve coming here while working. Depending on where he works the IT group is probably able to tell where he's been visiting, regardless if you take the picture down. So tell him to change the option under user cp. Best way is to do a .gif or .jpeg search and delete them physically. Better yet, stay off the site while at work. Dreamer, keep the avatar...and for cryin out loud...write some more reviews! I don't doubt it will attract unwanted attention, if his place of work is anything decent in the way of networks, turning the avatar on or off will have no effect whatsoever, in fact, they have probably already logged all of his activites. My advise to the user:if you are worried (a very ligit concern) then wait until you are home, that is mostly your buisiness, and simply avoid any "unapproved" sites, because they can come back and haunt you later.
