Andee 220524 Report post Posted April 1, 2010 This was a great question to throw out there! :-D I have been wondering the same thing...I use the Intuition razor but it can be awkward trying to maneuver lol because it has the soapy thing around the blade...it does give a close shave but i touch up with a regular four blade razor afterwards. Any suggestions on how to reduce those damn bumps though? Drives me nuts lol!:-x Julie :p There is product called "bump stop". Here's an article I found on the Internet. Applies to men shaving their face, but useful tips for us as well. http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/8-9-2006-105011.asp
capitalman 3861 Report post Posted May 12, 2010 It's funny, this article says to not shave too close (but we're all talking about how close we like to shave) and says to use a single blade razor (yet we're all talking about 3 and 4 blade razors!).?? It says salicylic acid is best, I agree. I have some special cream for psoriasis I sometimes get that has this ingredient and I find it makes razor rash disappear almost within minutes. It's great stuff.....I use it for everything to do with skin. Here's an article I found on the Internet. Guest O***wa**W Report post Posted May 18, 2010 I use a mens razor, I believe it is called the shick quattro or something like that. I have been wanting to try the new "trim style" that is a razor on one end and a bikini trimmer on the other. It takes a single AAA battery and is like 15 bucks or something.
