Sweet Emily J 172062 Report post Posted May 1, 2014 Clients: How do you feel about auto-replies (to acknowledge the receipt of your message and/or send back some info) when you e-mail a provider, or fill out a booking form? Discuss.
Tallguy007 4172 Report post Posted May 1, 2014 I don't think they're worth much. All it means is that a computer got the message, not that any human did or is even around to read it. Now, if that computer is confirming a payment or a booking, then there is some value in the response. Now, if a provider is busy and can't respond in a timely fashion, then a generic "I'll get back to you" is quite acceptable..
Miss Jessica Lee 43328 Report post Posted May 1, 2014 a quick note: some auto replies have a setting that you can select that prevents the same person from receiving your auto-respond more than one time in five days. That way, if you're having a conversation back and forth they don't get it every single time. It's worth checking that box ;)

Ice4fun 78407 Report post Posted May 1, 2014 Like most things in life very little is inherently bad it more likely depends on how it is used.... if it facilitates the communication process or the booking process then it should be positive... if it just deflects contacts I am less likely to be impressed. Just my opinion
05loner85 600 Report post Posted May 1, 2014 It's the new way of replying I guess. As for me I don't like them wether by email, phone calls, it's impersonal and you never know if the person you actually contacted actually got the message.
Guest Report post Posted May 1, 2014 (edited) I have often wondered about using this too. Edited May 1, 2014 by Guest
Phaedrus 209521 Report post Posted May 3, 2014 I don't care either way. The only thing I get from it is that the lady in question has had one too many "WHY HAVEN'T YOU REPLIED YET? I EMAILED YOU A WHOLE THREE MINUTES AGO!!!!" mails.

Discuss. I have no problem with it Emily. We are all busy. Would be really cool if your auto reply came back with a candid pic of your boobs tho ;) Seriously ! That would be really cool !! hehe Weeeeeeeeeeee
EmilyRushton 253372 Report post Posted May 3, 2014 I use one for my email and I find it is an advantage, I have that it may take up to 72hrs for a reply. That way when I have ME time or am travelling no one can get all cranky that i did not reply. Jessica is right I have mine set for 1 reply per hour to the same address, plus its like a receipt so the gentleman contacting myself knows I received the email.
roamingguy 300292 Report post Posted May 3, 2014 I'm sure there are ladies who have potential clients who email a lady and expect a reply NOW!!!. And for those clients/potential clients, auto reply is a great tool (and nothing more than a setting on your email) For me I'm patient. If I haven't heard back within a week, then I'll email again. But the ladies have a private life, they may be in an area where there is poor internet service, maybe they have computer problems. For me then, the answer is personally I'm indifferent. But really the opinion to the question that matters is the ladies opinion My two cents RG
Guest Report post Posted May 3, 2014 (edited) I find the auto-reply a useful tool to use for courtesy replies. It's an extra chance for escorts to explain their policies for setting up appointments, ect. A chance to free up some time, as certain things can be explained in the auto-reply. WriteOn 3250 Report post Posted May 15, 2014 Unless you are away on vacation or just not available in the near future I don't like them. Like a previous poster said it is akin to getting a machine on the other end of a phone call.
mrrnice2 157005 Report post Posted May 15, 2014 I actually like the auto-reply. I suppose it is at least a confirmation that my email did go to the correct person and is at least in their inbox. As well, those ladies that I have written who do use it have always replied to me within the time guidelines that they indicated.
mrgreen760 37785 Report post Posted May 15, 2014 Don't care.....If I don't get an actual response in a reasonably timely fashion I'll just move on. Peace MG

Winnipegcub 21293 Report post Posted May 16, 2014 I voted 'indifferent'. I get how they are a useful tool for the ladies in managing their business and thus have no problems receiving them. Lots of guys just testing the waters who don't result in dates. In my case, I accept it as part of the process and what means more to me is the communication that comes after. This will often determine if we might connect and how our date may unfold. For me when I contact a lady I've already likely done lots of research, know what kind of woman she is, and have a keen interest to meet her. I'm not in this to find a pen pal. Thus much like the ladies...I approach the initial contacts very business like and therefore something that makes it efficient is fine by me. Now once we've confirmed a date and leading up to the moment we meet. Well let's just say I hope it gets a little more personal and intimate.
