super84 100 Report post Posted May 9, 2014 All, I am a bit confused about legal/licensed body rub parlours vs. massage parlours. 256 Bank for example... they have Asian massage but is it fs? ... they say they are licensed. Is that legal? Also some massage parlours that provide happy endings. I searched a while back that there was a crackdown by police on Asian Massage Therapy on Bank street.
