Magnums- who should supply them?

Recommended Posts

Hi there!

I'm still fairly new to this business, and also to Cerb, so I'm not sure if this topid has been discussed before. This may be a total newbie question to have, but I'm curious to hear both SP's and hobbiest's opinion on the matter.

So when it comes to the clients that are a little more well-endowed, and certainly can't fit into regular-sized condoms, who should be bringing these to the appointments? Should the SP always make sure to have a few on hand, or should it be the client's responsibility to bring them along?

Thanks! :)

I like having a variety of condoms for my dates. After years of safer sex I am sensitive to latex and need the Polyisoprene or Polyurethane ones so I prefer to supply my own. I also know that they have been stored properly and have not expired. This is also the case for gloves, dams and the Female Condom (which can be great for the smaller or very large individual).

I think that both are responsible to be honest. I think it is professional for a companion to carry a variety to ensure the safety of her and her client, but I think that a gentlemen who knows that average is not his size, bringing a couple of condoms that do fit him is the appropriate and responsible thing to do.

Well more a general comment, because Magnums, uh, er, well I have enough inadequacies down there, a magnum would just drop off what little I have to work with , unless tightly duct taped on LOL...or fit over my hand like a latex mitten LOL

Anyhow, seriously, the only way a lady can ensure that the condom that is being used is safe for her is if she buys it. She knows if she has an allergy to latex. She can ensure the condoms are stored properly and haven't past the expiration date

How does she know if the condom hasn't been carried in the man's wallet

or he put a pinhole through it (just saw a Law & Order SVU episode on just that recently) The only way the lady can ensure the condom that goes inside of her is as absolutely safe as possible is for her to buy them herself, and seeing as she will see a variety of men, she should carry a variety of sizes of condoms

I would assume when a lady sets her rates some of her rates go into business expenses, be it make up, clothes, etc...oh and condoms too

Anyhow, just my viewpoint

A rambling

I keep all sizes on hand up to XL. I also have latex-free condoms and the female condom on hand.

However, it is a good idea for the gent who is larger (or smaller than average) to bring a few of his own on the off-chance that I've run out and haven't had a chance to re-stock my supplies. Because smaller or larger than average gents are not the norm, I keep fewer of those sizes on hand because I hate having to throw out large numbers of expired condoms. Which means I can also run out of them quicker should I have a spate of large dudes call me.

Again though, most escorts (I think) would prefer to supply their own condoms to ensure that they're stored properly and that someone hasn't tampered with them. In which case, it might be a better idea to for the gent to ask beforehand if the provider has a specific condom brand on hand.

I always keep a variety on hand, and never expect the client to supply them, for all the reasons already stated.

As stated before I also believe its in the ladies best interest to obtain her own supply of condoms. I'm not typically last minute so I have always requested that the lady have some magnums or similar available. Only once did I run into a situation where the lady discovered that she didn't have any so for that appointment we only engaged in activities that did not require a condom. No big deal :)

Cheers

I too have a vaginal intolerance to latex, so supplying my own works well for me. Lifestyle brand SKYN are latex free and come in regular and large. I always have both. It's just what works for me!!!

I love it that you get excited by that Bianca. Makes me want to just crush you with a big hug. I'd like to believe that the ladies could be excited to see me, if not for the simple reason that I'm easy to please...

Thanks so much for all the responses!

I figured it was probably best to have your own on hand, but being a newbie to all this, I wanted to see what others take on this was.

Would you want to still use your own even if they brought some, just to be on the safe side...or would that be coming off as rude?

I usually have at least 4 and up to 8 different kinds of condoms, in different sizes. Some brands Larges and XLs are different than others. Durex XL for example, on the packages say XXL, what's that about?

I have had Lifestyles Snug Fit, Ultrasenstive, Large, XL, and Skyn, and Trojan Magnum, Magnum XL, and Magnum thin (or whatever they are), and Durex regular and XL, and one brand that I have to replace the Snug Fit I can't buy in stores, Amorex regular. it is also a bit thicker, so good for those who are a bit sensitive.

At every appt, unless i really know the client, I will take out at least 3 types ready. the Amorex, one regular size, and one large size. If i know them, i may be taking out the Durex XL or magnum. :)

The other thing that is the responsibility of the sp is lube. You should always have it, and always use it. it is helpful to put a drop or two inside the condom, and have wipes on hand to clean your hands Or the area, after putting on the condom, in case you need them. It is really helpful if you make sure the lube inside is a warming one, adds more sensation with condoms.

you never have to feel obliged to use someone else's condoms. This is your biz and your safety and your health, you are always 1000% in charge and in control. You can be polite and say, thank you, I have my own. And just leave theirs untouched. They can take them away with them if they wish. You can throw them away if you wish. The main thing as a new sp is to remember that you decide what you do and don't do, you tell them, they don't tell you, and once you have said no, no is the answer no matter how many times they may ask. You are not obliged to do something or charge something just because another sp does it or charges less, or goes over time.

Rule #1, learn to say no. Rule #2 learn a polite way of saying time's up, time to go. Rule #3 learn an assertive way of saying, if you don't like it, let me show you the door. Rule #4, saying thanks, no, I don't drink, as your best and easiest way to avoid having them give you date rape drugs.

Any gentleman experienced in this lifestyle understands it's not rudeness, it's just the lady taking precautions for her and her client's safety

It's no more rude than a lady employing screening/verification prior to booking an encounter. She wants a date that is safe

Or a client being told, if an encounter is an outcall, not to open any wine (or whatever) unless done in front of the lady.

The lady employs many things to ensure her safety, it's not rude, it's just prudent. And a gentleman understands that no matter how intimate an encounter is, it is still two strangers meeting to begin with.

If they continue to see one another, well trust develops over time, not the first time

A client understands (well should understand) that, and understands why the lady provides her own condoms...it's a matter of her health and safety and not a matter of being rude...with a side benefit, the lady also is concerned about the gentleman's health and safety too.

A rambling

I carry various sizes and brands, including magnums... I prefer to use my own but if a gent asks if I have his fave I like to be able to say yes.

I've started keeping a few female condoms on hand also, I don't often get requests for them but again, I can say yes if I do.

You should keep a variety of condoms for your clients. As someone who requires Magnums, I usually bring a couple with me just in case. I've been caught a few times where I didn't have them with me and regular sized condoms are far too tight and it very much ruins the experience. Best advice is to have a couple of Large and Magnum condoms on hand just in case.

just another thought on this... I agree a condom that doesn't fit can ruin the experience.

...therefore it's also a good idea to have some smaller ones on hand, cause a condom that's too loose is also a serious problem... it can slip off and it's just plain uncomfortable, and not just physically.... for both participants.

I've found the Durex "safe & secure" to be a smaller, snugger fit than most. Anyone else found a decent snug fitting brand?

This is why I carry a Swedish made penis enlarger so I can make sure it is a snug fit ;)

Seriously ... it's not mine !!! hehe
