Nude Yoga now in Ottawa as a regular occurence

Hi everyone,

As some of you might know, I have gone to a nude yoga lass recently. Apparently, this group is going to offer nude yoga classes (mens, womens, and mixed) on a regular basis.

For the mixed classes, there are some rules about single guys attending, but they can attend. As with most things like this, there are still spaces available for females, but the quota is pretty good.

It's important to remember the spirit of nudism; obviously there is a certain sexual undertone anytime people are nude together, but this class is for the pure enjoyment of yoga for yoga lovers who also happen to love nudism. Ogling, inappropriate behavior, etc, won't be tolerated by the organizers.
