The results of the survey were never published as Will Manley was fired when he showed the results to his bosses. Years later, Manley decided to post the results on his blog. Amongst the interesting statistics revealed is that one out of every five librarians of the 5,000 that took the survey have had sex in the stacks. Other interesting tidbits from the survey revealed that: 51% said they would pose nude for money. 61% have rented an x-rated movie. 91% have read "The Joy of Sex." 63% have had sex in a car. 22% said libraries should have condom dispensers in the bathroom. 40% said libraries should include Playboy in their collections. One of the more peculiar questions on the survey was whether the respondents would have sex with comedians Rosanne Barr and Pee Wee Herman if they were the last man and woman on earth. Approximately two-thirds said "no". So who would librarians liked to sleep with? Back in 1992, 27% of male librarians chose Kathleen Turner, and 60% of female librarians chose Robert Redford.
