I'm not sure why she's 'surprised' the company found her. She recently moved, she recently posted a few things that happened to her, and so she gave them all the info they really needed to find her.

I wish everyone who posts defamatory illegal comments who received a Cease and Desist letter were as quick to comply as she was. It would go a long way to sending a message to those who post defamatory comments that it needs to stop. They could also have contacted the site where she posted the comments, to remove them. Those sites would be liable as well for allowing them had she not removed them herself.

Like Keenan is quoted as saying:
