This document answers key questions about what changes Bill C-36 would

make to the law if/when it passes:

What conduct related to sex work would be prohibited?

In what circumstances? Who could be prosecuted?

Unfortunately, there will no legal professional present at the meeting, but being the intelligent, educated women that we are, we are certainly competent to read and discuss this commentary by legal professionals on the bill.

The document is lengthy. We will have copies on hand at the meeting. If you can, take time to peruse the document online and make note of any parts that you want to be sure to discuss. Our time is limited, so such forethought would be helpful.

This meeting is open to all workers from all sectors of the industry (including erotic massage, escorts, dance, cam work, phone work, BDSM, agency, and independent, etc), and all genders and sexual orientations.

The event is free, and there will be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free snacks available. There's no need to stay for the entirety of the two hours and you can come and go as you please.
