What's up with the chat room?

I happened to have time to check in on the chat room quite a few times lately and have never seen more than two or three people at a time in there. Seems strange and has made me wonder, are people afraid to be in chat now?

I personally don't like the set up of the new chatroom...I went earlier today and it was dead, but I went a few time in the last month in the evenings and there was around 10 people each time

It's all about the time of day you visit. Ex. weekends daytime don't expect many people but past 6 or 7 pm there are people. More so at 8pm and beyond on weekdays.

 

In fact, there's a dozen of us right now in Chat.

Actually last week there were around 18 of us in the chat room. It just depends on when you go in there. Weekends tend to be fairly quiet other than Sunday nights.

i have been checking and lately,the chat room has been empty most of the time. has the shine worn off?? Are people scared to chat because of the new laws? Or just too busy cause it's christmas?
