LusciousLexy 100 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 Hello Everybody, I just recently joined CERB a few days ago in an attempt to enter into the SP world. I have always wanted to become a call girl and now I am working towards making that happen, however, a girl can always use more advice. This site is full of useful advice but I haven't been able to find much information on starting out in the industry. I am very excited about joining the community and I love the website so far....Please help me make this transition more flawless. Thank you Take care and I hope to hear from you soon Lexy xxxx

GHT 798 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 Hi Lexy, I don't think everybody is going to be able to help you. Not everyone has your best interests at heart. The best advise I can think of is for you to contact some established ladies in your area, buy them lunch and talk about it. I would think the ideal situation would be to have a lady take you under their wing and show you the ropes. Best of luck, GHT
Mutau 2516 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 Good afternoon Lexy, GHT has hit it on the head. It is preferable that you have a mentor within your area to provide you with pertinent information on how to proceed, pitfalls to watch for and essentially how to run your business in a competent fashion. Good luck and welcome once again to CERB.
Meg O'Ryan 266444 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 Gentlemen, I could not agree more! When I started out I did not know about CERB and therefore had no one to go to for advice. Since I have joined CERB, I have met some wonderful hobbiests and SP's and have received much valued support!
F***s*t 145 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 Welcome and good luck. Contacting some veteran ladies here is good advice to help you along. Be careful as well.
EmilyRushton 253372 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 Good Afternoon Lexy, Welcome to CERB. The advice I can give you is, to read, and read some more on this board. Check out ladies websites and read what people have to say. What I can also reccomend, is figure out for yourself what you are comfortable offering in a session and stick with it. You are the only one who can make that decision. Be comfortable with what you are offering and you will have a better experience. Put up a profile with photos on CERB. As well you may wish to look into getting some photos taken and setting up email and eventually a website. There are lots of ladies that would happily help you with advice or answer any questions. A***** A***** 510 Report post Posted May 12, 2010 My two cents : Be careful who and where you talk to people as not all of them have your best interests at heart. Read through the "noob" guide here on cerb, and feel free to ask questions. I knew then, what I know now, geez, it would be a whole different ball game:lol:
rileydaniels 1901 Report post Posted May 13, 2010 Well welcome to the board, I got the book by Amanda Brooks Internet Escort Handbook http://www.theinternetescortshandbook.com/. There is a sticky thread here about the laws for Canada in escorting. Outcalls are more accepted in Canada. you would also have to be choosing if you will be independent or working with an agency,
Antoine 502 Report post Posted May 13, 2010 Ah! Man! My immature part of me has to come out... What you have to do my dear Lexy is train, train, train!!! Annessa 22743 Report post Posted May 20, 2010 I dont think anyone had mentioned it, however I had been with two agencies before deciding to go indi....and i do think that researching agencies and going with one for a limited time just to learn the ropes whie being new would be a good idea. everyone knows how i feel about agencies (not good, bit of a pay-cut etc) but if done properly with as little drama associated you can hopefully learn at a pace you are comfy with and then take that knowledge (or learning experience as to how their ways didnt suit your wishes) with you when you become independent. Agencies have taght me the good, the bad and the ugly....but also the basics...the realities of the industry which I had no clue to at first. Safety measures, etc....all this, of course if you are working with an agency that is doing their part...however, when you are "fresh meat" to the industry, and provided you prove to them you are a good business investment for them, chances are you will have a good agent schooling you day in and day out on anything you need or want to know in your early days when they pretend they're you're best friend looking out for your best interest..translation: *their* income. If played well this can eventually work in your benefit tho.... once you are comfortable on your own, break the ties amicably and go indy. I'm not saying *use* your agency....but the reality is that you may eventually want to go indipendent no matter how great the agency is. Nothing wrong with complimenting them on showing you the ropes (even if it was only to find out what your standards are) in the beginning....thank them and use every slice of experience (good and bad) towards finding your true indipendent self. *side note* I cant recommend any Ottawa agencies as I have never been affiliated with any worth mentioning but if you're going to go with one...go with whatever you feel is the best and never sell yourself short because you're new....if anything, some men go nuts over new girls. Above all tho stand your ground when it comes to your restrictions. sorry for the long winded rant...best of luck!
LusciousLexy 100 Report post Posted May 20, 2010 sorry for the long winded rant...best of luck! Thanx Annessa! That sounds like great advice. I will def look into the agencies in Haliax. Does anyone know of any? And I would of described it more as thorough, lol.
bailey summer of Winnipeg 262 Report post Posted May 21, 2010 Hello Everybody, I just recently joined CERB a few days ago in an attempt to enter into the SP world. I am very excited about joining the community and I love the website so far....Please help me make this transition more flawless. Thank you Take care and I hope to hear from you soon Lexy xxxx First and foremost, welcome to Cerb! Allow me to be warm-heatedly open and honest in a humble manner... As a recently retired HCSP, I am intrigued to know the reasons, if any, why you are pursuing this profession. As for myself, it was therapeutic for me, mentally, sexually and socially. I have esteem issues from many years of harboring childhood trauma. I made something negative in my life into something positive by helping out others through being Bailey Summer. I was however mostly me as clients got to know me, and I was cool with that entirely. I am polite, funny, charming witty and super horny, which resulted in making my clients feel happy, desired and listened to at all times. This has undeniably been the key to all my success. While looks are the "foot in the door", personality and attitude are also prudent attributes when seeking repeat clients for long term goals. Lastly, the most grave piece of advice I recommend for you is, to ensure you know all of your personal boundaries BEFORE you test the waters. This profession can make you or break you, HOWEVER, if you are connected with who you are and your inner purposes, you will succeed. If it's about the money, don't even bother. All the very best and keep me posted!!! Bailey Summer of Winnipeg (retired)
1963Kennedy 10698 Report post Posted May 24, 2010 Go with a unique name and keep it as other girls visiting or when you visit may have same name and cause confusion. Stick with Lucious Lexy not simply Lexy or Sexy Lexy or even maybe even Lexy L. Great advice from all here especially the mentor idea.
masterowls 249 Report post Posted May 24, 2010 Speaking as a hobbyist, I have some advice. As several of the girls have already mentioned, get to know your local providers. I would suggest any new client be asked for references from at least one other provider. If he cannot provide this, I suggest an extensive personal interview process before you accept the session. If you don't like the feeling you get from the interview, tell him you're not interested. I have myself, on several occasions been asked to provide this information. I think any true hobbyist would understand the need for you to be safe. A lot of the girls I used to know when I lived in Vancouver years ago, also used to communicate about bad dates, which helped keep everyone safe. I'm not sure if that's true anymore, but it should be. Providers need to stick together. Good luck, and welcome to our little online family.

Stick with Lucious Lexy not simply Lexy or Sexy Lexy or even maybe even Lexy L. Great advice from all here especially the mentor idea. Without sounding harsh, in Halifax, there is already a girl using Luscious before her name, Luscious Lacey and another girl named Lexy (902) It's a free country and you are entitled to use any name you like, but I would think you may want to rethink the name you have chosen especially since these 2 ladies are in your community. It will avoid confusion in the long run and I would imagine you would want to stand out as being unique. Just a suggestion. Edited May 26, 2010 by Mature Angela Fix text. rileydaniels 1901 Report post Posted May 29, 2010 Without sounding harsh, in Halifax, there is already a girl using Luscious before her name, Luscious Lacey and another girl named Lexy (902) It's a free country and you are entitled to use any name you like, but I would think you may want to rethink the name you have chosen especially since these 2 ladies are in your community. It will avoid confusion in the long run and I would imagine you would want to stand out as being unique. Just a suggestion. This is not harsh when I was Raven it did cause confusion with me and another black SP named Raven, She then renamed herself to Original Raven which still didn't keep the seperation. Sometimes her clients who saw her would contact me and asking for services that I didn't offer that she did, which not only causes confusion but also made me fustrasted. When I decided to return to the biz in 2009 I thought I would use the name I had when I first went to an outcall agency. which is the name they gave me to later on learn that I would mixed up with another SP. Think of a name you always wanted, or a name that pops out at you from a baby name list or book. also do a search on review boards and google to see if its taken i.e riley royal escort and see if that name comes up on review boards , black list, or if they have a website. You have to be able to show your personality in this business its wat men fall in love with to return plus also service level (activities your willing and happy to provide to any client)
natalielove 101 Report post Posted June 10, 2010 You could start out non-independant. Escort agencies and massage parlors are safe, easy ways to get into the industry.
