Squats (for ladies)

Squats, I love them! I love doing them throughout my day (I like to spread my sets throughout the day) and sometimes I fall out of habit of squatting but I try my best to get back into it right away. I love that burning feeling in my thighs and butt makes me think I'm one squat closer to having a khloe Kardashian booty (Iwish but not even close..)

I personally like to put on my earphones, tuck my music away and start doing normal squats, sumo squats, the one where your on all fours and kick one leg up .. Sitting in a chair position against the wall etc..

Does anyone else do squats throughout the day?

 

Where do you do your squats? Gym? sessions? At your place? never...

 

Do you do your squats in heels? I've heard it works wonders for the glutes but isn't very good for your back (long term)

 

Anyone tried the 30 Day Squat Challenge?

 

What are some of your fav squats?

 

Have you done squats through youtube videos? If so any fav videos?

 

Any other thoughts on squats?!
