Carrie Moon 68826 Report post Posted May 20, 2010 I often call Angela dingleberry, dinkledorf instead of something worse.. for instance when she trips... do you have any interesting names to call someone that's not as mean as a normal name? Here's her recent recipe for dingleberry pie. I laughed.. Recipe for dingleberry pie: After a long trip to the woods in search of dingleberries, I've come up with... 1 cup of "I dunno" 2 cup of "I forgot" 1 cup of "I bumped into something" 1/2 cup of "I dropped something" 1/4 cup of "it went down the wrong hole" 1/4 cup of "I put my foot in my mouth"

A***** A***** 510 Report post Posted May 20, 2010 I think it all depends on who and what is doing the talking. For instance, both myself, friends and family all have nicknames for each other. Some people would find them outrageous, perhaps even insulting, it's all about the relationship we have with each other. I guess the closer we are, the more crazy the names get:lol: I sure as heck wouldn't call someone the names if I didn't know them well enough, and how they could react, that would be just crazy! Carrie Moon 68826 Report post Posted May 20, 2010 i call a man judy when they are acting like a wimp Reminds me of Dr. Cox on Scrubs.. hilarious show. He always called JD a girls name.. I think Nancy was one of his favs. Of course one of his other common nicknames for the interns was newbie.

Old Dog 179138 Report post Posted May 21, 2010 I seem to remember a conversation about calling someone a "damn rotten dirt-squirrel" and planning to incorporate that into my vocab...sadly I havent got the opportunity yet, lol Now that is a creative one that I wish I had coined myself. You can't just use it casually though, names like that must be put on the shelf for a period of time and used in the perfect opportunity. It's like a fine wine. I am maintaining "torpid filthy marmoset" in much the same manner....
