Funny enough when ever i get caught blasting these kind of music among my peers they tend to ask me for recommendations later because all they listen to is hip hop which is getting far too redundant these days. i watch shows Like Smallville and One Tree Hill which alot of people i know dont watch anymore. Make spinach dip, grab a loaf of pumpernickel, and make an all day snackfest Have a shower so long that all the hot water is gone and my fingers and toes are wrinkled. Crank the AC and then grab a duvet, nap, wake up for a bit then nap again. Grab a book and read from cover to cover, regardless of how long it takes. Lost over 40 lbs doing this, as it is exercise, and the only one I've ever told this to before now was my doctor when he asked how I lost all the weight :oops: By the way... it's been awhile but I have done this to the Back In Black album by AC/DC many times...
