Just points out once again why the right thing for government to do is to fully legalize this Industry so that the workers in this industry can set themselves up in safe work environments. Nicolette Vaughn 294340 Report post Posted December 11, 2014 This just shows our government is so screwed up and this incident just proves it! It also gives bad publicity to BP. Remember what happened when someone was murdered on CL? A woman in Boston was murdered and CL removed a particular section. It didn't take long for the Canadian government to request that same section be removed. Who is going to have to be murdered next for our government to realize that based on THEIR laws did someone get assaulted and/or muderered under their b.s. moral legislation? Instead of admitting fault, they will blame it on sites like BP and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. BP or any other advertiser has nothing to do with it but the new law sure do. Client not wanting to give their info for free of legal action & a lack of communication will cause more violence. fortunateone 156618 Report post Posted December 13, 2014 i have read that the teen who was arrested was also involved with at least one of the guys picked up (there were two guys involved) where they posted escort ads, got clients to come to her, then within a few minutes, the guys show up and kick the client out, having paid the fee and maybe getting more from them. I've seen a couple of reviews, this was in summer 2013 that was going on. In other words, all that might have been needed was the clients reporting this to LE at the time, it would have been multiple reports, the escort would have been approached by LE, and they would have discovered, at that time she was only 16.
