Guest Report post Posted December 14, 2014 Weird thing, my link to my classified ad is not working (My reco's and more in my signature). I just wanted to relist my ad. Usually my signature link brings me to my classified ad and I can have the option to relist it. I guess if this isn't working, I'll have to make a new ad when I have more time. However, I like the classified ad option because I can click, relist it and have all my information restored. Is this happening because it is a requirement for people to make a new ad every so often, or is this just glitch in the system? I recently bumped this ad last Tuesday (Dec, Tues 9th), so I'm thinking maybe a glitch? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Guest Report post Posted December 14, 2014 Good question, I don't know what happened to it. I didn't ask for it to be removed and I have tried to comply with the new laws. Maybe it has to do with the link being attached to Cerb and not Lyla. I think it needed to be relisted and when I clicked the link to find the ad, it expired. I think this is because the link was to cerb not Lyla, but I'm not certain. It's okay, I'll write a new one, when I need it. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest Report post Posted December 15, 2014 I now just tried to post a new ad in the classified area and it says I already have an ad up. I didn't receive an email stating that I need to renew my ad and never received a link to do so. So I can't find my old ad and I now can't post a new one either. When I was trying to find out what happened, a sweet little birdy gave me some advice, I want to share with you. I'm not a computer girl, so I have learnt everything I know by advertising and I was thankful to this little birdy for sharing its knowledge. So I hope I'm being helpful here. Have your messaging sent to your emails. You will get an email telling you that you need to relist your ad. Make sure if you have any links on your signature, that it's for Lyla and not Cerb. Be careful. I had no idea my ad was placed on hold (something you can do to your ad when you go on vacation). I have no idea how this happened. Perhaps it's a case of sticky fingers, perhaps a glitch. With that being said, the mod fixed it for me and I'm thankful. and Let the Mods know, if you know, that you are following the law and complying with the advertising rules.
