Does the government need a court order to "spy" on this type of communication ? I was under the impression the law was for public methods only. Interesting... You are correct it is any communication including private communications. While it is safe to assume that private communications would be more difficult for LE to intercept it is also true that if you send an email or text or call a lady and ask about purchasing sex and it is unknowingly a LE officer you have committed an offense. Bottom line keep communications simple no talk of purchasing just time and you will be fine. It is legal to hire a "Escort" (someone who is paid to spend time with) it could be a escort to a social event, a escort to a high school reunion, a dinner date, or just someone to cuddle up and watch a movie with... it is also as far as I know legal to offer private exotic dance, stag dancers, private lingeria shows etc... Uggg... These Risks are going to make my Life a Trivial Pursuit! Scrabble my brains and Jenga my Diplomacy! Oh... Is it still safe to cuddle up with a lady and watch Porn?
