Forgive me if I've missed this on their website; I'm trying to figure out how the outcall works. Do they have their own location, or is it some sort of exclusive relationship with a hotel?

What do you mean by "Out Visit"? An outcall is where they go to your location. An incall is where you go to their location. If they are offering incalls, then they would have a location set up to meet you.

yes of course - "in call" was what I meant. So, for in calls, they have their own location?

I don't work for them, so I can't speak for them. But I would assume that they would have a location. It's best that you give them a call and ask.

With anyone offering incalls, they generally have a location. Normally, this is a hotel.

I used this agency once and the incall location was a nice condo downtown.

Do they accept new clients? or do they require reference ?

I believe they do accept new clients (tho I'm not sure).

My first time with them was May/June last year and all I needed was to contacted them and talk to them. Everything went smooth.

I've logged about 10hrs with them. :)

 

Just be upfront and tell them it's your first time with them and they will know how to handle you.
