Honestly, If there's any doubt whatsoever- or something seems even a little off- completely write the interest off and move on. It's not worth it. It's the only way to "play", in my opinion. Granted, there can be legitimate reasons for anything, but there's little room for "benefit-of-the-doubt" in this business...that goes for both us and the lady.
