Ladies, how many of you have a business plan?

I'm sure there are many different situations out there among our wonderful ladies of CERB. Some of you may only be doing this part time, for extra $$, for a limited period of time while pursuing another goal, or full time commitment.

 

Whereever you are in that spectrum you should consider the benefits of having a business plan in place.

I have a formal business plan, but it has nothing to do with escorting :) It's my goal and love of life, to open my own small business soon. This job gives me the hours to work on my own stuff and not have to commit to a grind job that barely pays and takes up a lot of my time.

 

I do this job also because I thrive on the relationships that I make in this business. I also love to please so it all makes sense to me.

 

This is also something that I can do, once my business starts, therefore I'm not solely at the whim of whether or not my business works...

 

It's funny that you posted this, as I'm just off to the Entrepreneur Center with my business plan now ;)

I don't have a formal business plan but I do reference myself to the book The Internet Escorts Handbook from time to time or I will send the author an email when I am not sure about something.

 

but I think once I return from Desiree Alliance conference I will have a good solid foundation of how I want to run my business of being an escort and aslo a webcam model.

I don't think it's necessary to have a business plan while working in this industry but personally I strive to achieve certain goals whether they're personal or financial. I would say as an escort I tend to have certain marketing strategies, thinking of offering different packages to attract a new clientele and plan that way. I also keep track of how much money I make and and set financial goals for each week while still being conservative about it.
