In the spirit of that today I thought I would share something that interests me, a little about how I spend my day. I was first introduced to The Fun Theory when a friend of mine sent me this video. I'm a believer in play and the importance of play, I think we all need to take some time each day to play which is different than just having fun but to truly play. The Fun Theory is one of those projects I enjoy as I think they find creative ways to reintroduce play in our everyday lives. As I watch the people walk, run and jump up those stairs I am struck by how much they are enjoying themselves while doing such a simple everyday task.
