BTW I apologize to the ones that have visited and were not able to see any information. I went through their abuse policy and it mentions that .. Any text which describes, refers to, or alludes to services, stories, or products of an adult or sexual nature is a violation of our terms. Which kind of explains why they removed my site. I'm doing research on other sites that would host my domain, this time reading the terms of service and all it says regarding what they consider unacceptable is ... Pirated Software / Warez, Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities*, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forums and or websites that distribute or link to warez content are prohibited. * From what I have learned here advertising or in this case building a website describing my services is not illegal, am I right? bassnut 178 Report post Posted June 25, 2010 Why not host it yourself? All you need is a static ip address and add in ISS services to you Windows XP or Vista system. Parker 19761 Report post Posted June 25, 2010 I recently switched to Certified Hosting.. http://certifiedhosting.com/ They allow adult content and have unlimited bandwidth.. they actually have really good customer service as well. Much better than my last host. The prices are quite reasonable and they also have site building software so you can build your site without much effort. mod 135640 Report post Posted June 25, 2010 sites promoting illegal activities* If this is a USA based hosting company this would be the reason as "Escorts" in the USA are illegal except a handful of legal brothels. Also in many states a law exists making it illegal to "promote prostitution" meaning any newspaper or media that advertises a escort is breaking the law. They would not care about laws in different countries and would most likely be oblivious to the fact that escorting is very much legal in Canada as most of the world still have no clue that it is legal here.
