If you don't mind my suggestion-referring to companions as "talent " will offend some so perhaps just use the term companion:) As far as attracting new, if there is a companion you'd like to have visit perhaps offer her/him an incentive. Or as they did in Halifax, start a thread to gain/garner interest for said companion.
