Not likely in this format, I was only joking. I'm sure LE in some cities do the undercover streetwalker thing from time to time, or troll CL looking for various infractions. But a sting on this level would seem a bit far fetched.

Not sure if they have/are/will do this but if I was going to do a sting this is the way I would do it. Very cost effective setting up something like this to catch a bunch of people all at once instead of going after one at a time. No idea if it is or its not but all around sounds like a bad idea.

I doubt it is a sting myself but I stay clear of CL anyway as at some point it could happen. That is also why I stick with indy's, lowest risk with no paper trail and lots of them hear on CERB. I've heard about to many horror stories about CL. Too many scams on there. This one might be legit, who knows. It doesn't sound well prepared so I can see people losing money here. I'd stay away myself. Any decent hotel wouldn't allow this to go on anyway.

CL is riskier than CERB direct. However, a lot of the cerb highly recommended ladies also advertise on CL or started on CL. You have to be careful but screwing around is risky business anyway.

As for the gangbang announcement, that is mucho too risky for my taste.

Last post on this as it really does not matter to me either way but here are your answers:

 

1. It is legal as long as it is done it private IE arranged over phone and in private places. Walking up to a guy in a hotel is not a private place so it is illegal.

 

2. the fact he is a third party to the exchange makes it illegal "Living off the avails of prostitution". I know this does not apply to anyone but him but me personally I do not want to be there while they are putting him in cuffs and looking at me figuring what they can get me with.

 

3.To get technical all inservice to a hotel is illegal as the room is rented for the sole purpose of prostitution and because of that it falls under the Bawdy House laws.

 

There is prob more but it could go on forever.

 

* After a good nights sleep I found myself wondering how you could set up a date legally. I did some digging through the net. The only way it would seem legal without breaking any laws at all(at least to me) is an out call to the clients location. This would be legal as long as the details were done over the phone (private) and the client is new to this hobby. As after so many sp's have visited his house (how many would be up to a court to decide) his house would also be considered a bawdy house, he would just be the owner and also the client. I have also come to the conclusion (correct me if I am wrong plz)that if LE really wanted to they could round up all the sp's that post adds with prices in it on CL (CERB would be fine I think as you have to agree to become a member and as such is not public). It has never been tested in court in this way (that I can find anyway) but it has been tested under internet hate crimes that the internet is a public place. So if they ever did test it in this regard there is president that the internet is a public place and any add posted on here with a price would fall under Section 213 of the Criminal Code communicating in public for the purpose of prostitution.

 

Long story short this Hobby is legal for both the SP and client but actually almost impossible to do without breaking a law. imo

That is a good point on #3. If the sp is renting the hotel room, which they often do in order to not be having a bawdy house type incall location, technically it would still fall under that definition. One thing she can do is outcalls to hotel rooms, which may be why sps think that renting one makes it ok. Probably legally speaking it is not any more ok than renting a small apartment or doing it from home (both of which would be simpler and less hassle anyway).

 

The gang bang guy could collect money if he had a legit escort agency service, technically. But some dude taking money from guys who get services from the sp is not just a pimp, but living off the avails, and procuring. (also that it is being publically announced on CL, means that LE has an opportunity to be all over it. Would not want to be the naked dudes in the lineup when the cops bust in!!)

The guy advertised for girls for the gang bang in one ad and then for male attendees in another ad promising free food, booze etc. The pictures he sent to my male friend were of very young, not so pretty girls, who sadly appear they are "on something". One picture was clearly a fake from a website.

 

So, it's not like he already has an agency or girls readily available.

 

I just think it's someone suffering from grandiosity who thinks he's going to score big and get a freebie for himself by getting other guys to pay.

 

From what I understand, the police frequently view the ads on CL and I am sure they probably have someone who has been corresponding with him. They are probably getting just as much as a laugh out of this as we are.

 

But, I do not believe it's a sting. He's just handing it to them all the information on a silver platter.

 

Anybody who goes along with him deserves what they get.

The photos distributed included photos of girls represented by the farce of an agency known as sugar rush entertainment.

 

Even if this was a legit event would you want to be associated with this guy at all every time he opens his mouth the price goes up and he credibility goes down, and he didn't have much to start.

 

His biggest faux pas, was advertising for ladies in the same section as he was soliciting clients, obviously never heard the term "don't shit where you eat" ie: don't get caught speaking out of both sides of your mouth, you will get caught.

 

Obviously this guy ain't playin with a full deck, I can't wait to see how this downward spiral continues over the next few days!
