If you go to the home page for that webaite they have ads of a loottt of sps, Pretty much half of backpage. And some of the ads are from sps who are very well reviewed here and are long time members as well. I would say, nothing to worry about. This is what we call a parasite or nuisance site, designed to reel you in by recopying ads from legitimate sites and reposting them here to create traffic etc..
